Locally Funded Services for Seniors: A Description of Levy Programs in Ohio

A description of the 59 of 88 Ohio counties operating county-wide senior service levies in the year 2004. Information includes millage, dollars raised, services purchased, and strategies used in successful levy campaigns. Ohio is one of only 5 states operating these levies and brings in more than the other 4 combined. Currently over $100 million are raised anually for these levies.
